How to use this site
Thanks
for visiting us. In order to make your shopping experience efficient
and pleasurable, we have come up with the following tips:
1) Each month
we post Monthly Specials. Click the following link to view them: Monthly Specials
2) Headings for
all our products are in alphabetical order. Please become familiar
with the various headings.
3) Our "search"
feature will allow you to enter a word. Once you click "go"
the system begins searching for all products which contain the word
you entered. It's always better if you only enter a portion of a word
or name. In other words, enter "clary" if you're looking
for clary sage; enter "jar" instead of "glass jar"
if you're looking for a glass jar. The less specifics you provide,
the quicker the system will find the products. However, if you
misspell a name, the system may not be able to locate it.
4) Towards the
bottom of each page inserted in an across-the-page black line you
will find various headings. Among these headings you will find
descriptions of essential oils, vegetable/nut oils, and any other raw
materials we offer.
5) Each time
you click on “home” you will be taken to our Home
page. If you
click on “shopping cart” you’ll be able
to view the contents of
your cart and make additions or deletions to products in the cart. If
you click on "checkout" you will immediately be taken to
the checkout area.
6) Other
sections which you may wish to review before placing an order are:
Terms & Conditions;Shipping Policies; About Us; Contact Us;
South Florida orders; Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ); For Your Information (FYI); Hazmat.
Among
the main things to remember when you order from us are:
I. All sales
are final; there's no minimum order requirement.
II. On orders
which are refused by the customer or returned to us by UPS for any
reason other than damage while in transit to the customer, S&H
charges will not be refunded.
III. We need a
certain number of business days to process and ship an order from the
day an order is logged into our system. Orders are logged in the next
business day after they're placed. You must allow for time in
transit (we're located in Florida). If you're curious about time in

IV. Your
credit card will be charged the moment you place an order.
V. You may
cancel an order within 4 hours of order placement, but a $10
cancellation fee will apply. Other charges will apply to orders which
are in process or already packed, please review our Terms &
Conditions for other cancellation penalties.
VI. Out of
stock items need to be reordered once they’re back in stock,
new
S&H charges apply. We will not notify you of out of stock items
at the time the order is processed. You will see this information on
the invoice which will be emailed to you after we ship. We do not
include packing slips with our shipments. Please keep a copy of the
final invoice once it's emailed to you. Please add
