Thanks for visiting us. In order to make your shopping experience efficient and pleasurable, we have come up with the following tips:

2) Headings for all our products are in alphabetical order. Please become familiar with the various headings.

3) Our "search" feature will allow you to enter a word or portion of a word. Once you click "search" the system begins searching for all products which contain the word you entered. It's always better if you only enter a portion of a word or name. In other words, enter "clary" if you're looking for clary sage; enter "jar" instead of "glass jar" if you're looking for a glass jar. The less specifics you provide, the quicker the system will find the products. However, if you misspell a word, the system may not be able to locate it.

4) Towards the top and bottom of each page inserted in an across-the-page black line you will find various headings. Among these headings you will find descriptions of essential oils, vegetable/nut oils and any other raw materials we offer.

1) You may order from Camden Grey with or without an account. However, with your account, you can save your favorite items into shopping baskets which you can easily retreive later on.

2) To create your CamdenGrey.com account, click on the "Home" button to bring you back to the home page. You may want to print or cut and paste these instructions into a notepad, as going back to the home page will take you away from these instructions.

3) At the home page, you should see a link on the left-hand side of the page that says "Log In or Create a New Camden Grey Account". Click that link.

4) When there, the website should ask you for your username and password. If you do not have one, look for the link just above the red text that says "Create New Account". Click it, and move on to step 5. If you already have a CamdenGrey.com account, please enter your username and password and click the "Login" button. Make sure there is a dot to the left of "Password" and not "Email me my password", and move on to step 6.

5) Once you have clicked the "Create New Account" link, you will be taken to a page that asks you for all of your pertinent information, including your shipping and billing address. Filling this out is necessary, and will allow the website to automatically fill out your shipping and billing information for you when to checkout. Once you click Save, assuming you have filled out all of the fields correctly, you will be taken to the account overview page.

6) Now that you are logged in, you can save your baskets by adding any items to the basket, clicking the shopping cart link on the navigational bar that runs just below the CamdenGrey.com logo at the top of the website.

7) The shopping cart page, if you are successfully logged in, will show you a button that says "Save Basket" just above the contents of your basket. Clicking this button will save your basket. You can view all of your saved baskets at the account overview page, which is accessed by clicking the "here" link underneath the "Save Basket" button, or by going back to the home page (while logged in) and clicking the "Your Account" link, which will replace the "Login or Create a New Camden Grey Account" link once you are successfully logged in.

8) By going back to the account overview page as shown in step 7, you should be able to see all of your saved baskets at the bottom of that page. From there, you can either delete or restore baskets by clicking the appropriate links. Restoring a basket will add the contents of that saved basket to whatever is currently in your shopping cart, so please remember to double-check the contents of your cart after you restore a saved basket!
