INFORMATION ABOUT OUR NEW ROSEWOOD BLENDED OIL: Due to supply shortages of real Rosewood essential oil and its continuously increasing prices, users and providers of Rosewood oil are proceeding with caution and trying to find suitable solutions to these issues.

After much testing and research, our longstanding provider of Rosewood oil has created an alternative to the original oil. The newly obtained oil offers olfactory note resemblance to Rosewood oil while utilizing sustainable raw materials and a price improvement. The newly obtained oil has been approved and praised by a number of experienced perfumers. This oil is 100% natural and obtained through the use of renewable sources. We hope you enjoy this new oil! Please do not ask about ingredients, the manufacturer will not divulge the formula.

In 2010 the rosewood entered the list of controlled by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) species products and, thereafter, the export of oil began to be monitored and certified according to the international standards to ensure the continuation of the species. Now it is said that neighboring countries are cultivating this tree to rival a market world estimated at 40+ tons.

Again, another 1st time purchase - And I am so in love with this oil and the scent lasts like no other oil I own...and I have over 100 different essential oil species...this is a top shelf EO!
    Happy to use this again!

I stopped buying rosewood EO because the cost was prohibitive and the trees were disappearing. Camden Grey's commitment to reputable suppliers has brought me back. My recent purchase smells beautiful. If you like ho wood or soft cedar, you will like this even better. It smells like opening a wooden box filled with dried flowers.
    Love it!

I've always wanted to get some rosewood but the problem of sustainable harvesting bothered me. Thank goodness Camden cares and they are finding ways that don't require cutting the whole tree. It smells amazing...woodsy but sweet with a nice tang. I'm looking forward to using it in some skin care blends. It's supposed to be helpful in toning and regeneration of skin cells and elasticity, so we'll see! It's a good thing you can't use up the bottle by sniffing or mine would be gone! Very pleasant and soothing.
    A new favorite

I open the bottle, took a whiff, and was wowed by this oil. I got it for my oily skin and was thinking that it would smell medicinal. Boy was I ever wrong. Has a beautiful soft woody scent with a faint aroma of roses. The name fits the bill. Try this one. You will be glad you did!
    Great!

This is a great oil as a stand alone or in any EO blend! I just truly love it. It is relaxing, and it is a powerful medicinal. I've used it for myself and clients with bugs strike, and blend it with other oils. A little goes a long way, and the quality of CG Oils and Price can not typically be beat! This is a nice oil to use in a burner, perfumery, or for medicinal purposes. You can't go wrong either way!
    A beautiful, slightly herbaceous smell!

This fragrance is warm, and floral-herbaceous, which made it a perfect companion for lavender to scent my home for spring. I really used a LOT of this stuff quickly because it smells so good!

Such a pretty smell, more floral than I thought it would/could be in my opinion, but I love it.

Love! Love! Love! Camden Grey's top quality Essential Oils! This Rosewood oil is so refreshing it revived me when I was dog tired one night making cremes, lotions and whips for hair and body. It doesn't overwhelm but compliments lovely in my blends. CG has a customer for life. Ready to order more!!!

    HOW PRODUCTS ARE DISPENSED...

    BOTTLING/PACKAGING:

Essential oils: Are sold only in the quantities/net weights listed on our website. These oils are shipped to us by the distiller or manufacturer in industry-standard metal or plastic containers and that’s how we ship them to you.

Carrier oils and most other liquids are dispensed in individual HDPE plastic pails or containers with some type of handle, each container holds the purchased net weight of liquid.

Soft butters such as Horsetail and Almond are dispensed in plastic HDPE pails w/metal handles; those butters may remain inside the pails indefinitely when properly stored. Hard butters such as Cocoa are dispensed factory-wrapped in plastic and placed inside a box. Castile Gel is dispensed in a self-contained cubitainer with pouring spout.

NOTE: While the packaging methods mentioned above are generalized, we reserve the right to dispense and ship in any available container. If a customer at any time feels more comfortable transferring an essential or carrier oil to glass, this should be done.

Raw materials/ingredients are sold and dispensed by weight. Many customers ask how many ounces are in a pound, there are 16 ounces in one pound. These are not fluid ounces, they are ounces by weight.

HOW TO STORE: EOs, FOs and BUTTERS should be stored in tightly-sealed containers away from direct light and heat. Some EOs and FOs could be highly flammable, keep away from open flames and from varnished or wood surfaces. Keep all liquids and powders you purchase from Camden-Grey tightly capped and away from the reach of children, the elderly or infirm and pets. Refrigerating butters could adversely affect the consistency of a butter, please join our Forum if you need to learn how to handle, work with and store products.
