    Spearmint Essential Oil
    ★★★★★ ★★★★★

Yes, this essential oil will immediately remind you of Wrigley's spearmint gum, so I don't tend to use it straight up in my cold process soap. It blends quite lovely with lemon or tea tree, and I love making lip balm and body cream using some. Super refreshing, but again, a little goes a long way!
    Lovely with eucalyptus!

This spearmint can stand alone without any hint of bitterness, but with eucalyptus it is wonderful and makes a very pleasant anti-moth scent for winter woolens.
    love it!

I've always been a huge fan of spearmint scented things and decided to get this for my lip balm. It was a bit different from the spearmint I'm used to (I guess cuz this ones real lol) but I still enjoyed it. Very nice scent.
    Best Smelling Mint Ever!

I didn't think I'd be a HUGE mint fan, however I have to admit I am really hooked on the lip balm and soap I made with this spearmint! It smells really fresh and happy! My customers never put the soap down when this one is in their hands. Its a keeper for sure!
    This stuff is the bomb!

I always used Peppermint, but tried Spearmint in my CP soap and I've already made another batch because I like it so much. The smell is uplifting, invigorating, sweet, but not synthetic sweet. Very natural and minty. Great EO!
Smells just like my spearmint gum

I purchased this oil by mistake (I meant to order peppermint) for blending with Eucalyptus in my bath salts. Little did I know, it wasn't a mistake at all! I love this sweeter minty aroma paired with Eucalyptus. Just as they say, "a little goes a long way".
    A pleasantly crisp aroma

Not terribly versatile for blending so far, but great on its own, a true spearmint aroma. It's one of the more volatile essences, so while it's open you'll smell it -- which makes it fortunate that this stuff is hard to get tired of! Very fresh and likeable, not overpowering like peppermint oil can be.
Smells just like my Spearmint Plants!

Very true spearmint flavor. This is my favorite to use in my natural toothpaste product line! Smells just like the spearmint in my herb garden! I will be reordering. Works well in Cold Process Soaps, too!
    Very good product

I highly recommend people play with spearmint EO in their CP soaps. Peppermint always seems to be the go to "mint", but in several of my blends I found that spearmint was a much better compliment to the other scents. Very good quality and fantastic price!
very pure and true spearmint scent

I love this Spearmint EO, it is one of my favourite scents I own (and I own quite a few). It is very pure and true and strong, but not overpowering - more like strong in the sense that you don't need to use a lot to get a great smell emanating from your product. It reminds me of Doublemint gum. It has absolutely no artificial or chemically odors, probably in part because it is a pure essential oil and not a fragrance oil, but also because Camden Grey does a great job sourcing their products. I couldn't ask for anything better in a Spearmint.

    HOW PRODUCTS ARE DISPENSED...

    BOTTLING/PACKAGING:

Essential oils: Are sold only in the quantities/net weights listed on our website. These oils are shipped to us by the distiller or manufacturer in industry-standard metal or plastic containers and that’s how we ship them to you.

Carrier oils and most other liquids are dispensed in individual HDPE plastic pails or containers with some type of handle, each container holds the purchased net weight of liquid.

Soft butters such as Horsetail and Almond are dispensed in plastic HDPE pails w/metal handles; those butters may remain inside the pails indefinitely when properly stored. Hard butters such as Cocoa are dispensed factory-wrapped in plastic and placed inside a box. Castile Gel is dispensed in a self-contained cubitainer with pouring spout.

NOTE: While the packaging methods mentioned above are generalized, we reserve the right to dispense and ship in any available container. If a customer at any time feels more comfortable transferring an essential or carrier oil to glass, this should be done.

Raw materials/ingredients are sold and dispensed by weight. Many customers ask how many ounces are in a pound, there are 16 ounces in one pound. These are not fluid ounces, they are ounces by weight.

HOW TO STORE: EOs, FOs and BUTTERS should be stored in tightly-sealed containers away from direct light and heat. Some EOs and FOs could be highly flammable, keep away from open flames and from varnished or wood surfaces. Keep all liquids and powders you purchase from Camden-Grey tightly capped and away from the reach of children, the elderly or infirm and pets. Refrigerating butters could adversely affect the consistency of a butter, please join our Forum if you need to learn how to handle, work with and store products.
