    Vanilla Supreme: Creamy, rich and very vanilla. This is one of our best selling flavor oils. This product is FDA approved and GRAS.

    This unsweetened flavor oil is safe to use on the lips and in edible massage oils, it is edible and may be used in candy and other edible applications. This flavor oil is in an oil base and is wheat-free. The formula for the oil is proprietary to the manufacturer, they will not divulge it.

    Recommended Usage Rate: 3/4 teaspoon to 8 ounces of lip balm; 1-1/2 teaspoons for a pound of lip balm.

    INCI:  Flavor.

    NOTE:  Any product containing vanilla or derivatives of vanilla will tend to turn dark as it ages.  Ageing could take place 3 months from the manufacturing date, 6 months or later.  For an oil, this means that you may receive the oil with a light yellow color today but may receive the same oil in a much darker reddish-brown color three months from now or later.  This color change does not mean the product is old or expired, it’s the same product but its components have transformed as time passes.  If you will use a vanilla-containing oil in any soap making process, please read our fragrance oil descriptions.  All fragrances have been tested in soap making processes by an experienced soapmaker, the results she obtained are included in our descriptions.

    Yummy sweet vanilla

    This is a rich, sweet food-type vanilla scent with staying power. It's very yummy and very potent. 1% is enough to completely mask the waxy smell that lip balm can sometimes have. 3% is almost overkill, unless you really love high intensity fragrances. To date, this is the only lip balm flavor I've found that everyone likes. It also mixes very well with other flavor oils.
    excellent in lip balm!!

    This vanilla supreme flavor oil is wonderful in lip balm and it tastes very much like marshmallows! It is my favorite lip balm flavor by far! A little goes a long way!

    Certificate of Analysis (CofA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). TERMINOLOGY:

    EO = essential oil

    FO = fragrance oil

    HOW PRODUCTS ARE DISPENSED...

    BOTTLING/PACKAGING:

    Essential oils: Are sold only in the quantities/net weights listed on our website. These oils are shipped to us by the distiller or manufacturer in industry-standard metal or plastic containers and that’s how we ship them to you.

    Carrier oils and most other liquids are dispensed in individual HDPE plastic pails or containers with some type of handle, each container holds the purchased net weight of liquid.

    Soft butters such as Horsetail and Almond are dispensed in plastic HDPE pails w/metal handles; those butters may remain inside the pails indefinitely when properly stored. Hard butters such as Cocoa are dispensed factory-wrapped in plastic and placed inside a box. Castile Gel is dispensed in a self-contained cubitainer with pouring spout.

    NOTE: While the packaging methods mentioned above are generalized, we reserve the right to dispense and ship in any available container. If a customer at any time feels more comfortable transferring an essential or carrier oil to glass, this should be done.

    Raw materials/ingredients are sold and dispensed by weight. Many customers ask how many ounces are in a pound, there are 16 ounces in one pound. These are not fluid ounces, they are ounces by weight.

    HOW TO STORE: EOs, FOs and BUTTERS should be stored in tightly-sealed containers away from direct light and heat. Some EOs and FOs could be highly flammable, keep away from open flames and from varnished or wood surfaces. Keep all liquids and powders you purchase from Camden-Grey tightly capped and away from the reach of children, the elderly or infirm and pets. Refrigerating butters could adversely affect the consistency of a butter, please join our Forum if you need to learn how to handle, work with and store products.
